Pet Policy

  • Dogs & cats welcome
  • Breed restrictions apply with 50 lbs weight limit
  • 2 pets maximum per apartment
  • Pet deposit: $200 per pet
  • Nonrefundable fee: $100 per dog and $50 per cat
  • Monthly pet rent: $35 for each pet
